In the course you interact with the animation. You tilt the head the correct amount so air can enter the airway.

The CD ROM is the classroom; no plastic manikin is required. You demonstrate compressions and breaths on a virtual manikin on the screen and the computer will calculate your rate, rhythm and accuracy. When you pass the test and submit the results via the internet, you receive a CPR certificate.
